The role
Are you looking for a role that provides an opportunity to lead the development of a variety of cycling and walking projects as part of Greater Manchester’s ambitious active travel agenda.
Working with a range of stakeholders, you will be responsible for mobilising new projects across the Active Travel Programme, including undertaking scoping and feasibility and making recommendations to the management team, as well as supporting the delivery of existing projects.
What we’re looking for
You will need to have excellent project management skills, with experience in developing projects that look to encourage active travel. You will also need to have a track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders and partners in the development and delivery of effective schemes, with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical and non-technical reports which engage a range of audiences.
