Transport plays a vital part in this success and are we are looking to recruit an experienced professional in the Transport Development Control field to help ensure that this growth proceeds in a sustainable way.

About you
We are looking for someone who has significant, demonstrable experience of developing strong working relationships with colleagues, public bodies, consultants, contractors, Members of the Council, voluntary groups and members of the public, to ensure appropriate responses are provided on the transport impact of developments and planning applications

You will have experience of writing concise committee reports and briefings. And have detailed knowledge of planning legislation and guidance relating to development control issues.
