Engineering and Transport Manger

From £46,212 to £50,801  per annum for 37 hours per week

We would welcome applications from candidates on full-time hours or potentially on a flexible basis.

As the Council’s Lead Engineer you will be expected to lead on corporate engineering projects for the Council, manage elements of the Council’s current asset management plan, which includes managing operationally and maintaining the Councils car parks, and working closely with Hampshire County Council to deliver engineering projects for them within the Borough. 

With a recognised engineering-related qualification, to a degree level or extensive relevant experience, you’ll have knowledge of both engineering and car parking industries.

Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise with people at all levels, both within and outside the Council.  Excellent IT skills are also essential.
