Salary range: £47,420 - £50,512 per annum

About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oxfordshire County Council to join the Central Team as: Technical Lead – Workplace Parking Levy. You will be at the forefront of shaping our transport plans, leading on the development of the council’s proposals for a Workplace Parking Levy.
We are looking to recruit a technical lead that will oversee the Workplace Parking Levy project, providing the project team with leadership and day to day support, working alongside other OCC Technical Leads, consultants and other appointed specialists to develop proposals from concept to consultation and scheme approval.
We are looking to recruit a person who can help build strong and inclusive relationships with our partners and stakeholders including businesses and the Department for Transport. The project also involves developing a business case, assessing the benefits and impacts of proposals, and developing a supporting investment plan.
About you
You will have experience in leading a project team as well as extensive experience in delivering large, complex programmes of change and strategy development. Additionally, you will ideally have political or public sector experience.
