Applications are invited from experienced Transport Planners/Engineers to work in the high performing Transport Strategy and Infrastructure Section; delivering capital programmes, writing bids, developing the authorities transport strategies, policies and plans and undertaking monitoring. Carmarthenshire is a diverse County consisting of historic urban settlements with a large, dispersed rural population. Having the 2nd largest County Road network in Wales this post will have an important role to play in terms of developing an economically, environmentally and socially sustainable transport network both within the context of Carmarthenshire and the wider Swansea Bay City Region.
